Residential Testing Kits may be picked up at our office Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm.
If you are not within driving distance, you may use this form to order a kit and instructions to be sent to you. Depending on your location, the shipping fee will be $25-$35. We will send you an invoice link to pay for shipping after we receive your order form.
Important reminders if using our shipping option:
- You are responsible for getting your samples back to ARA in the allotted timeframe to avoid expiration.
- Most of our tests require overnight shipping on ICE.
- Please make sure to pack samples properly with ample ICE and PADDING.
- Samples arriving at our lab above 6°C may not be analyzed for compliance.
- Samples arriving at our lab in broken vials will have to be discarded and re-sampled by the customer.
- We cannot accept samples on Fridays (or before a holiday).
