COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update from Absolute Resource Associates (ARA)

(Updated 4/1/2020)

Hello to our customers and friends.

In an effort to provide you with the safest possible environment and the best possible customer service during these trying times, we wanted to let you know that here at ARA, we remain open for business and have implemented company-wide protocols, based on the latest scientific evidence, in order to help minimize the outbreak of COVID-19.

We are still accepting your Laboratory Samples, and lab analysis continues without interruption. Our Courier Service also continues, as well as our Indoor Air Quality services, with some important changes to protocol, based on the latest precautionary information.

The safety of our clients and employees is our top priority. In addition to actively following all guidelines and updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), we feel that our high level affiliations and ongoing discussions with the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA), the nationwide Indoor Air Quality Industry, and Public Health Departments at both at the state and local levels, provide ARA with the most updated information available to confidently do all we can to help manage this pandemic.

If your work continues despite COVID-19, rest assured that we are here for you if you need us.

Some of the specific changes to our work habits include:

  • As of Monday, 3/30/2020, and until further notice, we remain OPEN, but our doors will be locked during business hours. Communication will be conducted via intercom through our front door, or over the phone. Click for more details on this new policy.
  • All staff at ARA have dramatically increased the frequency and attention paid to sanitizing, disinfecting and cleaning of all areas of common use, their own workspaces, and their own hands.
  • All face to face meetings are being either cancelled, rescheduled or conducted virtually, via teleconference, skype, etc.
  • Employees working on site are keeping a safe (at least 6 ft) distance while working and communicating.
  • Employees who are able to work from home have been encouraged to do so.
  • Any employee who is feeling sick must stay home until they have recovered completely.
