Procedures & Standards
Indoor Air Quality investigations meet the requirements of our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry guidelines & standards for the investigation of contaminants. The Standard Operating Procedures for sampling and investigations are based upon applicable standards such as AHERA for Asbestos, EPA for Lead and IESO standards and AIHA field guide, Recognition, Evaluation and Control of Indoor Mold for Mold. Recommendations and "Scope of Work" for remediation also follow appropriate industry guidance documents, such as IICRC-S520 and 500, 2003ed. Applicable standards are used for regulatory compliance. In their absence our SOPs are followed.
The following is a list of IAQ methods and test parameters. Please contact us if you have questions about an analysis or method not listed.
